Your listing then remains active for $99 per month, giving your property the same visibility buyers expect across major real estate platforms. With this option, you stay in control of showings, offers, and negotiations while keeping more of your equity.
Full Service Model
For sellers who prefer full representation, we offer a full-service upgrade. Our team will assist with negotiations, contracts, showing coordination, and guide you through the entire closing process to ensure a smooth transaction from offer to closing. This service is available for just 1% of the sale price or $5,000—whichever is less, providing expert support at a fraction of the traditional commission.
